Best Baking Recipes of 2021
While this year was no 2020, it still has had its challenges. But it has had good things, too. Wonderful things! I hope that all of you are happy, healthy, well-fed, safe, and all that those things afford.
I am so thankful to each of you for following my baking adventures and making BoB’s treats a part of your lives. It thrills me to no end to hear from you how you’ve enjoyed baking a recipe you’ve found here!

Bake or Break’s Best Recipes of 2021
These soft, sweet Mini Chocolate Chip Doughnut Muffins are easily one of my favorite recipes of the year. They’re wonderfully easy to make and maybe a little too easy to eat. 😉 This is just the kind of muffin to whip up for a lazy weekend.
It’s hard to beat a classic, and these Classic Peanut Butter Cookies are no exception. If you adore all things peanut butter like I do, then you’ll understand the joy that is a freshly baked batch of these cookies.

Crinkle cookies are so fun, and these Sweet and Salty Peanut Butter Crinkle Cookies dare to increase the fun with the addition of a sweet and salty coating made with a surprising ingredient.
We’re all fans of simplicity, and these Pancake Muffins are here to encourage you to keep things as simple as possible. These little guys are baked in muffin pans with your favorite toppings, making it easy to make a variety of flavors. Serve with maple syrup for a quick and easy breakfast treat!

I’m so happy this Cinnamon Pear Cake made the list! It’s really just a lovely cake. Soft, moist, and subtly sweet, this cake is another great anytime cake. Serve it at a special brunch, savor it with your favorite warm beverage, or enjoy a slice after dinner. So wonderfully versatile!

Thanks for another great year filled with positive content and fabulous recipes. I was happy to see that the cinnamon pear cake made the list. I was skeptical about making that recipe, as I have a lot of “I don’t really care for pears” people in my family and I rarely bake with pears. However, it was a huge success and a big hit with everyone. Definitely another keeper recipe from you. Best wishes for health and happiness to you and your family in 2022!
