- 1/3 cup (75g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
For the filling:
- 5 large apples, peeled and sliced (about 6 cups)
- juice of half a lemon (about 1 & 1/2 to 2 tablespoons)
- 1/2 cup (100g) firmly packed light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
To make the topping:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
