Cranberry White Chocolate Crispy Treats
Cranberry White Chocolate Crispy Treats are simple yet fantastic twist on classic rice crispy treats. Love this flavor combination!
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 10 ounces (283g) mini marshmallows
- 6 cups (168g) crisp rice cereal
- 3/4 cup (128g) white chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup (86g) dried cranberries
Instructions
- Lightly grease a 9″x 13″x 2″ baking pan.
- Place the butter in a large saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat until the butter melts.
- Add the marshmallows, and cook, stirring constantly, until the marshmallows have melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Remove the pan from the heat. Add the cereal, and stir until combined.
- Stir in the white chocolate chips and cranberries. Save some to sprinkle on top if you like.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan, and spread evenly.
