Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line 24 cups of a mini muffin tin.
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Fill each muffin cavity about 3/4 full.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the edges are browned and the centers are set.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature up to 5 days.
