Using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, and confectioners' sugar until thoroughly combined.
Place the cream and vanilla in a separate bowl. Use an electric mixer with a whisk attachment to whip the cream to stiff peaks. Start on low speed and work up to medium-high speed over about a minute to minimize splatters.
Fold about a quarter of the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture. Then gently fold in the remaining whipped cream.
Divide into individual glasses or other serving dishes. Cover and chill for at least an hour, or up to overnight.
