Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line 18 standard muffin cups.
Combine the flour, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt. Make a well in the center. Set aside.
Mix together the bananas, milk, cookie butter, butter, eggs, and vanilla.
Add the banana mixture to the flour mixture. Mix just until combined.
Divide the batter evenly among the prepared muffin cups, using about 3 tablespoons of batter to fill each cup about 3/4 full.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until the muffins are browned and a pick inserted into the center comes out clean.
