Cheesecake Dip
Cheesecake dip will be the hit of your next party! Creamy, sweet, and tangy, it has all of the flavor of cheesecake, with none of the effort.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces (226 g) cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/4 cup (56 g) sour cream
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup (73 g) confectioners’ sugar, sifted
- 2 tablespoons (25 g) light brown sugar
- pinch salt

Instructions
- Using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, milk, and vanilla until thoroughly combined.
- Add the confectioners’ sugar, brown sugar, and salt, and continue mixing until well-mixed and smooth.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
