Instructions
To make the crust:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9" x 13" x 2" baking pan.
Mix the cookie crumbs, butter, flour, and brown sugar until combined. Press evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Bake 10 minutes. Set aside to cool.
To make the filling:
Stir together 4 to 5 cups of chosen filling ingredients.
Sprinkle evenly over the cooled crust.
To make the topping:
Using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat the cream cheese, sugar, peanut butter, and salt until combined. Add the egg and mix until smooth.
Add the evaporated milk and stir until smooth.
Pour the topping evenly over the filling.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until the edges are bubbly and the center is set. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
