- In a food processor or blender, combine the ricotta, honey, vanilla, zest, and salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Add the cream and blend again if you’d like a fluffier texture.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or flavoring if needed.
- Divide into small serving glasses or ramekins. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
