Mix the cookies crumbs and melted butter until thoroughly combined. Press into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan.
Place in the refrigerator or freezer while you make the filling.
Using an electric mixer with a whisk attachment, whip the cream to stiff peaks.
In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla extract until thoroughly combined and smooth.
Fold about a quarter of the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, and then fold in the remaining whipped cream. Gently fold in the cookie crumbs.
Spread the filling evenly in the crust. Refrigerate 4 hours to overnight.
