This cookie dough dip is a quick and easy no-bake treat made with simple ingredients. No eggs or flour required! It’s smooth, creamy, and packed with sweet cookie dough flavor. Perfect for parties, snack boards, or just dipping straight from the bowl.
Using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth.
Add the brown sugar, oats, vanilla, and salt, mixing well.
Mix in the confectioners’ sugar until combined. Then, stir in the chocolate chips.
Chill slightly or serve immediately. Top with extra chocolate chips, if you like.
Notes
Oats: You can use quick oats or old-fashioned oats. Just grind them finely in a food processor or high-speed blender until powdery.
Chocolate chips: Mini chips mix in more easily, but chopped chocolate or another variety of baking chips will also work.
Texture: The dip will firm up a bit if chilled. If you'd like a softer texture, stir in a splash of milk or cream.
Make-ahead: You can make this a day ahead and refrigerate it until ready to serve. Tightly covered, it should keep up to 4 days. Let it sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes to soften slightly.
