sweet and Salty potato Chip Cookies

Potato Chip Cookies combine two of the best snacks - salty potato chips and sweet, buttery cookies! These pecan cookies have the BEST texture.

You won't need much to mix these cookies together, just some baking basics, some pecans, and potato chips!

Step 1. Heat the oven to 375 degrees and line some baking sheets. Next, beat the butter, sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla together.

Step 2. Now mix in the dry ingredients to the same bowl. Stir in the flour gradually, then add the potato chips and chopped pecans.

Step 3. Take about 2 tablespoons of the dough and roll it into a ball. Keep doing this until you've got a full tray, keeping 3 inches of space between each cookie.

Step 4. Flatten the cookies with the bottom of a glass, coated in cooking spray and dipped in a bowl of sugar. Top each cookie with a pecan half as well! 

Step 5. Bake each tray of cookies separately for 8-10 minutes. Once they're golden brown, let them cool for a while and then give them a try!
