Mix the flour and salt into the butter mixture. Don’t over-mix; mix just until combined.

Prepare your cookie press

Follow the manufacturer’s directions to load your cookie press with the dough. Lightly grease the bottom of the press with a nonstick cooking spray.

Press the cookies

Remove a baking sheet from the refrigerator. Place the loaded press directly onto the ungreased baking sheet.
