In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and spices.

In another bowl, whisk the molasses, honey, and egg until smooth.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms. Chill the dough for about 30 minutes.

Heat the oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone liners.

Roll the dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the tops are slightly cracked.
