Whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.

Use an electric mixer on medium speed to cream the butter, sugars, and peanut butter. Beat in the vanilla, then the eggs one at a time.

Reduce the mixer to low speed and mix in the dry ingredients, alternating with the milk. Fold in the chips.

Transfer the batter to a Bundt pan coated with nonstick spray, then bake at 325ºF for 75 to 85 minutes.
