OREO TRUFFLES

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pulse the Oreos in a food processor until finely crushed.

Prepare the Oreos

Mix the truffle base

Add the softened cream cheese and vanilla extract, and pulse until fully combined. The mixture should be wet but hold its shape.

Chill

Cover and refrigerate for about 15 minutes to make it easier to handle.

Form the truffles

Using about a tablespoon of the mixture at a time, roll between your hands to form smooth  1-inch balls. Place each ball on the lined baking sheet.

Freeze

Once all the balls are rolled, freeze them for 15-20 minutes to firm them up before dipping in chocolate.
