Combine flour and salt.

Beat the butter and sugar, then add the egg yolks. Next, add the almond paste, both extracts, and orange zest. Gradually fold in the flour mixture.

Beat them to stiff peaks before folding into the dough.

Divide the dough into three portions, and tint one portion red and another green.

Spread each portion of dough evenly on the three baking sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes, then let cool completely.
