Gingerbread muffins

These easy Gingerbread Muffins are so soft and flavorful. Whip up a batch for Christmas morning or anytime you've got a gingerbread craving!!

You'll need some warm, cozy spices and molasses along with some basic baking ingredients.

Step 1. Begin by whisking together the dry ingredients.

Step 2. Next, combine the wet ingredients in a separate bowl.

Step 3. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.

Step 4. Divide the dough evenly among 12 muffin cups.

Step 5.  Bake at 400°F for 12 to 15 minutes. Then cool for 10 minutes before removing the muffins from the pan to cool completely.
