Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, smoothing it evenly.

Prepare your pan

Melt the chocolate

Place the chopped white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat at half-power in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time, repeating until the chocolate melts when stirred.

Spread the chocolate

Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared pan, and use an offset spatula to spread it evenly on the pan. Aim for about 1/4-inch thick.

Add the toppings

Sprinkle the cranberries and pistachios over the top of the white chocolate. Gently press the toppings down so they’ll stick to the chocolate better.

Let set

Allow the bark to set for about an hour or two in the refrigerator until it’s firm and set before breaking or cutting into pieces.
