This easy Chocolate Mousse recipe is  an elegant dessert made with minimal ingredients, perfect for any chocolate lover!

The ingredients list is short: dark chocolate, confectioners' sugar, heavy cream, vanilla + salt.

Step 1. Melt chocolate together with confectioners’ sugar + vanilla, with a pinch of salt.

Step 2. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.

Step 3. Gradually fold the whipped cream into the chocolate.
