Whisk the flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.

Mix the wet ingredients

Use an electric mixer on medium speed to cream the butter and sugars until they’re light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs and vanilla, mixing well, followed by the sour cream and bananas.
