GARLIC BUTTER CRUFFINS

Mix together the butter, garlic, parsley, cheese, salt, and pepper.

Make the filling

Roll out the pastry

Work with one sheet at a time, keeping the other refrigerated. Aim for a rectangle about  10″ x 12″ and 1/8″ thick.

Add the filling

Spread half of the butter mixture evenly over the pastry.

Cut and shape

Roll up the pastry tightly from a long end. Cut in half to make two logs and then cut each of those pieces in half lengthwise. Shape each into a coil.

Finish with remaining pastry

Repeat rolling, filling, and shaping with the other sheet of puff pastry.
