Tear the bread into pieces and place them in your food processor. Pulse until coarse crumbs form.

Toast the crumbs

Spread the breadcrumbs onto the prepared pan and bake for 5 minutes, or until toasted.

Place the toasted breadcrumbs in a bowl and stir in the melted butter, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
