MONKEY BREAD

Monkey bread is a fun and easy recipe for sweet pull-apart bread. Spiced with cinnamon and topped with cream cheese icing!

You'll need basic baking ingredients for the bread , and cinnamon and brown sugar for the coating. 

Step 1. First, prepare the bread dough. Mix the dry and wet ingredients separately, then combine.

Step 2. While the dough is rising, combine the ingredients for the sugar coating, and melt butter in a small bowl.

Step 3. Divide and roll the dough into 36 ball-shaped portions.

Step 4. Dip each ball first into the melted butter, then into the cinnamon sugar coating.

Step 5.  Assemble the sugar-coated dough inside a greased bundt pan, then let it rise again.

Step 6.  Bake the monkey bread at 375ºF for 25 minutes.

Step 7.  Allow the monkey bread to cool, then invert it and drizzle the top with cream cheese frosting.

Serve your cinnamon pull-apart bread with more frosting for dipping, and enjoy!
